MATT FLUEGGE

Matt is a life long martial artist, he began training martial arts 30 years ago. His Jiu-Jitsu career began with Jim McWiggins 15 years ago. He has been training under Jay Bretz and Jim McWiggins since before Axiom Jiu-Jitsu was founded. Matt received his Black Belt from Professor McWiggins on November 8, 2021 with Professor Marcelo Alonso in attendance. Matt is the first Black Belt promoted by Jim and Jay. Matt also has a Second Degree Black Belt under Joseph Simonet of Ki Fighting Concepts and a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Matt was a reserve deputy for the Chelan County Sheriffs Department for nearly 10 years and served on the Chelan County Regional SWAT Team for 3 years. He has put his martial arts training to the ultimate test on many occasions.
